Our factory has researched and developed LED bulbs. For reference, we bought some famous brand LED bulbs, such as Phillips, Panasonic, Sharp, Toshiba, Lemnis Pharox etc. We contrast the luminous flux, light efficiency and temperature risen. Below are the test data by my sense and precision instrument, for reference only!

Appearance and production process
Below are varieties of different brand LED bulbs, and the brands and models are listed below.


 

Appearance:
Pharox lemnis LED bulb has good appearance and production process with glass lampshade.
Phillips LED bulb has good appearance and production process with glass lampshade and without  obvious flaw.
XQ - lite LED bulb has coarse appearance coarse with glass lampshade.
TOSHIBA ECORE LED bulb has good appearance and production process with PC lampshade.Toshaiba using PC lampshade is the only brand in them for test. (Our product, with XineLam brand, has two kinds of lampshades: glass and diffusion light PC, with the same light efficiency).
SHARP LED bulb has good appearance and production process with glass lampshade, but the shape is not welcome.
Panasonic LED bulb has good appearance and production process with glass lampshade. I don't know whether the gift box is too thin or not that its lampshade got a little broken when I check.
Another 2 LED bulbs have bad appearance and production process with glass lampshade.

Packaging:
Pharox lemnis LED bulb is packed with paper tube.
PHILIPS adopts clamshell packaging.
XQ - lite is packed with paper box with a protect mat.
TOSHIBA ECORE is either packed with paper box but without protection mat. The bulb is only wrapped up by a plastic bag. They dare to do it since it is not easy to broken due to the PC lampshade.
SHARP LED bulb is either packed by a paper box with protect mat. I think this kind of package is reliable as well as Pharox lemnis.
Panasonic is packed by a paper box within corrugated paper. Personally I think it is unreliable because of broken samples.
Above is only personal opinion, not for reference! Let’s check the actual data.

Test data:
The table below is the actual data of luminous flux and lights efficiency. Test time is one hour for each LED bulbs in the integrating sphere, containing luminous flux and power consumption after initially, three minutes, half an hour, and one hour. After all the tests below, start to test to check the initial brightness and light efficiency after 24 hours cooling.

Note: The room temperature in testing above is 28? and input voltage is according to nominal values.100-240V products is tested in 230V.

It is easy to see the famous brands LED bulbs have higher light efficiency between 60-80LM/W.The most highest is Japanese brands; while it is confused the light efficiency of Philips LED bulbs is much lower with 47LM/W. The luminance flux of cheap copies is seriously and falsely marked in the gift box. Actually, its luminous efficiency is no more than ordinary energy-saving lamps. It is noted that the PF value of Panasonic LDA8D-A1/D is 0.93 .As far as I know, the adjustable LED bulbs are usually within PFC circuit so that the PF value is more than 0.9 when the most brightness. The whole LED bulb more than 5 W is also required the PF=0.7 a by the Energy Star (USA) .That is why we test the PF value. We happened to test because of seeing the light bulb PF=0.9 ,and we test others for reference.
